In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations
The Service provides various means of communicating with other Service users through which you may have access to other user's names, email addresses and other information. Each time you visit the Flynk Site or Application, we automatically collect your IP address (which is a number that can be used to identify your location) and the web page from which you came. In order to administer and optimize the Flynk Site for you and to diagnose problems with the Flynk Site, we use your IP address to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information about you. We may also collect the URL from which you came to the Flynk Site and the URLs visited on the Flynk Site. A URL is the full address of a website page.
